Backflow Device Testing & Inspection
Fire Alarm Service Team provides Annual Backflow Device testing and Service work through our trusted Licensed Partners. Upon completion, Customers are provided with detailed Inspection reports and copies are filed with the appropriate City/County/Township as required. All deficiencies discovered are noted and you are provided with a quote for repair.
Backflow Device Testing Consists of:
- Inspection of the PSI & PSDI on each device
- Inspecting the integrity of the seals on each Check Valve Assembly, Relief Valve and/or Pressure Vacuum breaker, to make sure seals are closed tightly
- Technicians inspect and check the condition of any secondary Shutoff Valves and note whether they seal properly
- Upon completion, Technician verifies that the Water Service has been returned
